CC Event Productions, Inc. evolved more than a decade ago and is owned and operated by Concessions by Cox, a food and beverage services company with close to 51 years in the event industry. CC Event Productions, Inc. came to fruition as a result of the Concessions by Cox key stockholders recognizing a need among its existing clients and their ability to fulfill that need. With a vast inventory of support services, food and beverage equipment and the history of a successful track record in managing events of all types and sizes, the Cox family decided to branch out Concessions by Cox and establish new roots in the industry, overseeing all facets of major events. CC Event Productions, Inc. brings a wealth of knowledge and years of expertise to the event industry.

You will initially be assigned a CC Event Productions program manager, exclusive to your event from contract agreement until event finale. Your program manager will be your liaison for all coordination of event planning and reporting. Your program manager is on call for you at all times. CC Event Productions, Inc. currently produces several annual events in the Southeast, including Ybor City's Fiesta Day, Ybor City Arts & Crafts Fiesta, Guavaween and BikeFest of Tampa Bay. Guavaween, a twenty-year tradition, is a Latin-Style Halloween celebration that takes place the last Saturday in October and is held in Ybor City's National Historical Entertainment District, largely known for its flavorful cigars. The event features costume contests, The Mama Guava Stumble Parade and 'Guava Love It!' Cooking Contest. During the daytime, Guavaween offers the Family Funfest and the nighttime portion lights up to be one of the largest Halloween festivities in the southeast, New Orleans style! The Guavaween event is a fund-raiser for the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce.

BikeFest of Tampa Bay, located at the Florida State Fairgrounds holds activities in the Ybor City Historical Entertainment District and smokes the district like a fine cigar! This event produces three days of non-stop entertainment and foot-traffic to support the Districts unique shops, arts and dining. Entertainment includes live bands, bar-stool racing, arm-wrestling and pageant contests. This year's event included a poker run that benefited Camp Good Days, a children's cancer foundation.

Fiesta Day began as the official day of rest for the workers of the Ybor City cigar factories. Today, the celebration commemorates these Cuban, American Cuban, German, Italian, Jewish and Spanish immigrants that settled in Ybor City in the late 1800’s as the cigar factories thrived. The event highlights an International Parade of Flags, ethnic entertainment and arts & crafts, children’s fiesta and so much more!

The Ybor City Arts & Crafts Fiesta features three seasonal shows with something for the entire family to enjoy! Each of the seasonal shows offers arts & crafts vendors, live entertainment, children’s activities and the Ybor City Fresh Market, where you can purchase fresh flowers, fresh produce and breads baked fresh. The Spring Fiesta features an annual plant sale, the Fall Fiesta features salsa making demonstrations, salsa sampling and salsa eating contests and the Holiday Fiesta features holiday related arts & crafts, hands-on activities, entertainment and so much more!
